As an artist based in San Antonio,Texas. I work across multiple mediums, including photography, printmaking, painting, bookmaking, installation art and documentary film. My creative journey is dynamic exploration of visual storytelling that allows me to experiment with different techniques to express themes of connection, memory and the human experience. Through my photography I seek to capture moments of serenity and intrigue, often by the natural landscapes and wildlife around me. My printmaking and painting practices allow me to delve deeper into abstraction, where I explore texture, form, and color in both two- and three dimensional works. Additionally, my bookmarking and installation art offer a unique, interactive approach to art, where I invite the viewer to engage physically and mentally with the work, creating a space for reflection and personal connection. Over the years, I have developed a multidisciplinary practice that informs and enriches each medium I explore.
