My Workweek Is Spent on Overtime

"My Workweek Is Spent on Overtime" was how I'd imagine your everyday reminiscent coming home from a long day. I positioned the perspective of the work so that it is looking out of your mass produced skyrise, with the Polaroid shot depicting nostalgia for a time long lost. All the while taking in the blur of the RAM stick megastructures.

Interview with the Artist

  1. What impacts do you think art can have on society?

It allows us to change. I think the ever-developing concept of art transforms as much as people do.

  2. What is the main message you would like others to take from your pieces?

To feel the acknowledgement of another person.

  3. How has your artistic style changed over the years? Do you follow current trends or follow different themes?

In the past I drew a lot with pens as it made fine lines for the smaller details. Eventually I got interested in digital art and started making stuff in Wallpaper Engine.

  4. What does art mean to you?

It means anything that makes you just sit back and stare.
